i thought he was awesome yesterday but has played as well or better than that for Leeds. hudds, cas, Catalan and Wigan off the top of my head spring to mind from last season. Looks to be a better player now the pitches are looking good and he also looks like he's shaken of his broken leg.

Dear God, when is this obsession with Diskin gonna stop - his speed is shambolic, his handhling beyond pathetic, please put this carthourse out of his misery.

I actually thought Diskin was having a decent opening spell (Albeit in a pack that was being dominated) until Burgess rearranged his face with a superb flying elbow.

He was quick into dummy half and making constant yards and putting some dangerous passes in that took some quality defense from Saints to stop.

Buderus on the other hand was nowhere near as lively but there were several moments where his quality shone through such as the passes that helped quickly expose overlaps for the second half tries.

They don't compliment each other at all though, personally I'd leave one on all game let the other leave.

I thought at 27-16 we'd got back into it but then poor concentration from Diskin let Saints get on the front foot again. Having said that he'd had a very good early first half.

Buderus showed some good touches but following one particular excellent effort he totally ruined it by forcing a stupid pass. He also bought a ridiculous dummy allowing Roby in for a try.

Cunningham and Roby were much better than the pair of them.
