Fantastic News that Paul has signed a new deal keeping him at Leigh for at least another three years

A brilliant bloke and a brilliant coach respected by his staff ,team and supporters and highly regarded by the media news does,nt get much better than this announcement Well Done Leigh Centurions BOD

The Town and Team is buzzing !!

This is the best signing the BOM could have done to give our team the right coach for now and the future. Paul Rowley is the right man for the job now and will continue to improve, much like his team will, with, and mainly because of him.

Anyone who hasn't had a chance to listen to his pre and post game interviews should sign up on LCTV and do so. He is fair, and respectful of each and every team we meet, realistic and frank of our own performances, and so obviously passionate and proud of Leigh Rugby Club.

Well done Paul and well done BOM.

After listening to Paul and Derek last night, it's hardly a surprise the players run their blood to water for them. The both spoke with such passion, pride and determination that it warmed the cockles of my heart.



Agree with DB, this is without doubt the best, most important contract extension/signing we will make. TBH it's hard to now think of Leigh Centurions without Paul as it's coach.

Top bloke is Paul Rowley. Leigh through and through. He took over at a very difficult time and came in for much unfair criticism but he's proved them all wrong. Well done.

Proved a lot of people wrong, myself included. He has developed in to a top British coach, well done. Coaching consistency is vital to success.

I don't think there could be one Leigh fan who wouldn't support this extension 100%...to be honest he hasn't put a foot wrong and proved the doubters wrong!
