But anyone who actually thought we played well last week must be deluded! It was great to win, but it was a terrible game, we just cashed in on their errors. The forwards just haven't matched their opposites for weeks now, and I include Fifita in that, injured or not. The difference today in contact was just frightening.

I find it hard to pick out Pauli because and I could be wrong he was not spelled in 35 degree heat until late in the second half. I saw a completely disjointed team who died with the ball and appeared clueless until the last two minutes after the Pauli break.

I would write this off as just one of those games but unfortunately this is the norm and last week was the exception.

Injured players are back but I think the root cause of what we are seeing is the effect of the players who has to play because there was mo other option are now gassed, and where more so obvious away in the south of France in July.

From all the posts that you've put on this forum you seem to be a very decent sort of guy, Mick, and definitely a glass half full man who sees nothing but the best. Just what, if anything, will convince you that at the moment we are a very bad side that appears not to be trying and let's the fans down week after week. We are on a very downward spiral, and the fans need to get the message across to those under-performers that they are professionals who are not producing what is expected.

Think Chester needs to come out and say what the Hudds coach said after we beat them. We need to forget top 5 and ensure we stay up. Players need to realise it is their and the clubs staffs livelihoods on the line. Might be a wake up call for some of them

I try to be positive Redscat as I hate negativity in general not just rugby but know how frustrating it is watching on occasions. I don't mind fans criticism and they deserve it at times. Some fans are critical in the right way but others are just nasty and abusive. There's also the ones that rarely post anything positively but attack at any given opportunity. You'll know the ones.

Sorry but the buck stops with the coach ,today we have witnessed a team that on paper should have have competed with Catalans ,but we’re soundly beaten in every facet of the game .What on earth was the game plan today because to me it looked like a bunch of blokes who couldn’t be bothered to put a shift in .Chester needs to get a grip and turn the belle vue holiday club into a fighting unit quickly or the consequences could be dire.Our run in compared with those around us at this moment in time is more like a mountain to climb ,but with our can’t be d attitude you would know that .No one is bigger than the club and it has to survive at all costs ,so let’s hope Chester reads them the riot act or his neck will be on the line .
